An open-air event was held in the centre of Spain’s capital, Plaza de Dali, including performances by Moscow artists of all genres. Soloists from Russia’s State Bolshoi Theatre: Olga Seliverstova, Alexander Kasyanov, and David Posulikhin; BisQuit Chamber Orchestra; MoscowBoys music show; FolkBeat group; Russian beatbox champion Bogdan Dyurdy; participants in the Vasiliev Groove drummer show and the Zventa Sventana music project; and Max Maryan, author and performer of popular music, attended the show. Ruth Lorenzo, a well-known Spanish singer who participated in the Eurovision 2014 competition and was a finalist on the music television shows British Talent, X-Factor, and many more, appeared on the event as a guest star from Spain.
In addition, viewers were able to see an exhibition of designer silk scarves depicting famous Moscow sights, become acquainted with the Russian capital’s street musical culture, and participate in the immersive programme of the unique Russian theatre working in the Full White Performance genre, "Pass the Crocodile." Also visitors could have taken part in a fascinating artistic interactive led by contemporary Russian artist Max Goshko-Dankov, who created a version of the "colouring wall" with his own illustrations on the theme of friendship between the two capitals—Moscow and Madrid—in a unique style of decorative painting with pop art elements.
